When is the auction and how often do you have them?
We have our Public Auto Auction once each month, usually on the third Saturday of each month at 9:00am. This is a live, in-person auction held on site and open to the public as well as dealers and wholesalers.

We are located at 2221 Hwy 21 W, Dale, TX 78616.
What do I need to buy a car at the auction as a Public Buyer?
You do NOT need a special auction license! You just need a valid driver license, state ID or passport. You will need to bring $500 cash deposit to get a bidders badge. You will get the deposit back if you don't buy anything or the deposit is applied to your purchase.
Does it cost anything to attend the Auction?
NO! You can attend for FREE! But, if you want to bid you must register and pay the $500 cash deposit.
Are there any additional fees when I buy a vehicle?
Yes. We must collect tax, title and license fees and buyer fee. This amount varies according to the sales price of the vehicle. It usually amounts to $400-$800 extra. There is detailed fee information on the wall in the office.
What forms of payment do you accept, and when is payment due?
We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). There is a 4.0% fee added for credit cards.
When can I come by and take a look at the vehicles?
You can come by anytime during our business hours which are usually Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm.
Do you allow test drives?
Of course! You can drive them around our lot all you want.
Is there a warranty or guarantee when I buy a car?
No. Every vehicle is sold AS-IS. That is why we highly recommend that you come by and check out each vehicle thoroughly. Our team will try to help you make the best decision and give our expert opinion on the quality of any certain vehicle but we cannot predict the future or predict what problems may or may not develop in the future.
Can I buy a vehicle outside of the auction?
We do have a great selection of "Buy Now" vehicles available for sale each day! Stop by anytime during business hours to check them out!
Do you have any financing options?
Unfortunately, we do not have any financing options available. You may be able to go to your bank or credit union to obtain financing.
When will I get my title and license plates?
We submit all titlework to the Texas DMV soon after the sale date. Texas DMV usually takes up to 4-6 weeks to process. The title will be mailed directly from DMV to you at the address you provided. We will have the license plates here at our office once the DMV has finalized the title work.
Do you buy vehicles?
Yes. We do buy vehicles! Bring it by sometime during our business hours for us to check it out. You will need the title in your name as well.
